SearsTODD SEARS is the Founder and Principal of Out Leadership, a global business advisory that connects leaders across the world’s most influential industries to create business opportunities, cultivate talent, and drive LGBT equality forward. He began his career as an investment banker before moving to Merrill Lynch to become a financial advisor, and later into diversity leadership, where he pioneered equality initiatives first at Merrill Lynch and then at Credit Suisse.

GalinskyELLEN GALINSKY is President and Co-Founder of Families and Work Institute where she co-directs the two most comprehensive ongoing nationally representative studies of the US workforce and workplace. She is a widely recognized thought leader on work and family life, a field of study that she helped to establish. Her more than 100 books and reports and 300 articles include the best-selling Mind in the Making: The Seven Essential Life Skills Every Child Needs, Ask The Children, and the now classic The Six Stages of Parenthood.
