Work-Life Talks: Brad Harrington

Brad Harrington, Executive Director, Center for Work & Family or Center for Work and Family and Associate Research Professor, Carroll School of Management, Boston College, recently spoke at the Families and Work Institute’s Work Life Legacy Awards event held earlier this year where ten work-life/workplace pioneers were honored. The focus of Harrington’s speech was the changing role of working men in the family, workplace and community. This speech is part two of a ten-video series the Institute has produced offering insights from individuals who helped shape the work-life and work-family discussion in the United States. It will surely spark a national discussion on the state of the workplace today — where we’ve been, and where we’re going.
