We are pleased to invite you to a launch event for a new study being released by Families and Work Institute. Modern Families: Same- and Different-Sex Couples Negotiating at Home examines how couples divide household and child care responsibilities, work-life fit choices, the role that income can play in these decisions and the expectations that people bring to relationships.
We are delighted to have Andrew Solomon, author of Far from the Tree: Parents, Children and the Search for Identity and LGBT rights activist speaking at this release event, as well as Tiffany Dufu, Chief Leadership Officer at Levo League. Andrew’s latest book has received numerous honors and was hailed by The New York Times as a “book everyone should read.” His TED talks have been viewed nearly 10 million times. Tiffany is a champion for the advancement of women and girls and was named as one of 19 “women who are leading the way” in the Huffington Post.
Please complete the form below by June 1st to RSVP. All attendees must register in advance.
On the day of the event, please bring a valid photo ID for the security check-in.
