Is my Subscription secure?

Yes. When accepting payments The Families and Work Institute and its vendors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council,  which protects cardholder data through encryption and strict access controls. Families and Work Institute and its vendors follow all protocols to keep your transaction and information safe.

Will I receive a receipt?
A subscription receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide with your subscription. Upon your initial purchase, you will also receive a thank-you email followed up with a Google Shared folder invite to the Mind in the making materials. 

How do I modify or cancel my recurring subscription?

To cancel/modify your recurring subscription, send a written request to Marline Griffith at mgriffith@familiesandwork.org. 

What is your refund policy for Subscriptions?
The Families and Work Institute relies on subscriptions to continue to deliver our high-quality research, publications, and services to you. Subscriptions to the Families and Work Institute: Mind in the Making Materials, are only refunded in exceptional circumstances, such as administrative error or fraud. If you believe the Families and Work Institute has made an error in processing your subscription please contact us at mgriffith@familiesandwork.org with the following information:
